The Candidate Plan coaches you through the job hunting process, from helping those struggling to find a role to arranging weekly catch-ups with a dedicated consultant. The Candidate Plan is a specialised programme created with each candidate's personal requirements in mind.

  • A free outplacement service performed every Friday.

  • A dedicated one-to-one service for candidates struggling to find their dream role. 

  • We will go through your CV and your LinkedIn and pair these with any companies we feel would be the perfect fit for you.

  • We will advise on your CV and LinkedIn, ensuring you are fully prepared for the application process and highlighting what makes you the best candidate out there. 

  • We book in weekly catch-ups with a dedicated and specialist consultant in your industry. We will discuss how your search is going, what we can do to support you through this process and even coach you to prepare you for applications and interviews. 

  • We place you at the front of every suitable role, ensuring your CV is SEEN by the employer and not just left unread in the hiring manager’s inbox.
