When our founder Chris started in recruitment a decade ago, he walked into an industry riddled with bad practice and poor service. Filled with companies that worked hard for fees, not for their clients. It was all highly niched markets, candidate churn and rushing candidates into roles. To Chris this all seemed lazy and inefficient. And a terrible experience for all involved.
With enough experience under his belt, and a whole load of determination, Chris set out to do something completely different. Enter Findrs.
